Returns and Refunds
We hope that all our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchase when it arrives. If you are not satisfied however we will be happy to refund the full cost as long as you return the items to us within 30 days. The cost of returning the items will be your responsibility unless what we supplied is damaged or faulty. We cannot refund the cost of fabric that has been cut, washed or altered, or of pre-packaged items that have been opened.

When we receive your parcel and have approved a refund we will send you an email to confirm it. We will then credit your original method of payment as soon as possible. If you don’t receive your refund within reasonable time please let us know so that we can follow it up.
